Returns on Coffee Products<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>

As coffee is a fresh food product, we are unable to accept returns on opened coffee bags or products that have been used. This helps us maintain the highest standards of freshness, quality and hygiene for all customers.<\/p>

Damaged or Incorrect Orders<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery<\/strong> with your order number and photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we\u2019ll arrange a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.<\/p>

Unopened Items<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>

If you have ordered the wrong item by mistake, please contact us before returning anything. Items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Return postage costs may be the customer\u2019s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.<\/p>

Refunds<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear in your account once it has been issued.<\/p>
